We are very excited about the new warehouse and offices we are currently doing for the Midas group. This is the first building that Midas owns, as opposed to other sites being leased. This new building is situated on a prominant corner in Hilton, towards the east of the Bloemfontein CBD. This site was previously known as Senwes, and during more recent years, Engine Parts Turbochargers. The building contains a 3500 sqm warehouse and 500 sqm offices. The existing building was demolished during this past week, and ground work for the proposed new building will start next week.
