House Van Deventer
Ray Champion Road, Bloemfontein
The client, a close friend of ours, played a big role in the design process of this house. He really would like to be an architect in his next life. Having a dream for a home, and making a house work on a difficult site like this, are two different stories. Together with engineer Cas Kempff, we created a contemporary modern house which serves as a pavilion overlooking the huge lawn, the tennis court and the beautiful Free State landscape.
